Yes. All patients must have a valid lab order from their doctor, physician, or urgent care in order for us to perform a blood draw.
No. A Gentle Touch does not provide lab orders. We perform professional blood draw services only with a valid lab requisition.
If you do not have a provider, you may purchase a lab order directly through the Quest Diagnostics website. Once you have your lab order, we can perform your blood draw.
Yes. Patients pay A Gentle Touch directly for our concierge blood draw services.
We collect insurance information for the designated testing laboratory, which will bill your insurance separately for the testing purposes etc.
Patients must email a copy of their insurance card (front and back) along with photo ID to: travel@phlebprovider.com
All lab orders must be emailed after booking your appointment to:

Yes. We accept lab orders from Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, physicians, and urgent care providers.
Lab results are sent directly to the ordering physician or provider, not to us.
A Gentle Touch does not receive or view test results. We only perform the blood draw and deliver specimens to Quest, Labcorp, or the appropriate testing destination.
Specimens are delivered to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp, depending on the lab order...
- For kit collections, specimens are shipped to the designated testing center via FedEx or UPS, as instructed
- We do not interpret, access, or release test results

Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a text message and email with a secure link to complete your New Patient Intake Forms.
✅ Your appointment is not fully confirmed until these forms are completed.
Completion of the intake forms finalizes and secures your booking.
All intake forms must be completed after your appointment has been booked.
